Q. Is there a time limit to appeal?

A. Yes there are time limits to appeal and this time constraint starts from the date printed on your decision notice. Certificate applications currently have no time restrictions for appeal but this may change in time. Please contact us if you are unsure as to how long you have to appeal.

Q. My planning application has been refused. Can I appeal?

A. Depending on the reasons for refusal you may be able to appeal to the Secretary of State. Please contact us and book into our weekly client surgery where we provide FREE planning advice. We can advise you whether an appeal is appropriate or whether you should seek to submit a revised planning application.
