Smart Planning has achieved another planning permission, this time for a new vehicle crossover and driveway in the village of Great Totham in Essex.
The application, approved by Maldon District Council, involved designed related discussions with the Essex Highway Authority to ensure the proposal met the required standards for a classified road.
Once built, it will provide our client with convenient access from the B1022, and parking for their property.
