Gravesham Borough Council have granted a Certificate of Existing Lawful Use for around one third of a hectare of land that has continually been used as garden for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse for over 10 years. The application submitted by Smart Planning included Google Earth images over time, photographs and witness statements testifying on the use of the land over the relevant period. All of this evidence combined, assisted the Council in reaching their positive decision.
