The ongoing regeneration of Farnborough Town Centre, in Hampshire has received a boost as Rushmoor Borough Council approves the latest stage of development.
The proposal is for a mixed use scheme with 68 homes, 3,700 square metres of retail and leisure space with car and cycle parking. It will also help to link the town’s retail core together.
Other phases already implemented include improvements to both The Meads and Princes Mead Shopping Centres with the addition of further retail space, a new cinema and restaurants. There has also been major enhancements made to the public realm, with a specific focus on Farnborough’s High Street.
