We are pleased to announce the arrival of two new members to our Design Studio Team.
Megan Koch and Zain Al-Hadethi have joined Smart Planning at our Head Office in Battlesbridge, Essex as Design Studio Technicians to help reinforce the team and the work it undertakes on a daily basis.
The Design Studio is a fundamental component of Smart Planning’s operations, providing building knowledge and drawing expertise to our Consultants, whilst having regard to relevant planning legislation, local and national policies, as well as our client’s own design aspirations.
On her arrival at Smart Planning, Megan says “The Design Studio is an exhilarating adventure that I am extremely fortunate to be part of. I am driven to unravel daily design challenges and strive to exceed client expectations. My passion for design has developed through working on various design projects within the industry, exploring concepts strategically from the feasibility stage through to producing full drawing packages”.
Zain is also pleased to join to team and is looking forward to being involved with a variety of projects. He said “I enjoy working as part of the Design Studio Team which helps to create a vision that meets our clients’ ambitions. I take great satisfaction in working on a range of diverse projects in which each design presents its own unique challenge aspiring me to tailor distinctive concepts for our clients”.
Megan and Zain will now work alongside our existing Design Studio Technician Kenny Obisesan.
Our Design Studio Team improves the efficiency of our work and makes us less reliant on external Architects to provide our plan drawings. Already, we are starting to see the benefits of an expanded Design Studio Team with some excellent designs and subsequent planning permissions being obtained by our Consultants.
Smart Planning welcomes new clients who wish to bring their development projects to fruition and challenge our Design Studio to produce innovative design concepts and solutions.
