The Greater London Authority are currently undertaking a Call for Sites as part of the production of the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment to understand how much land is located in London that is suitable and available for residential development. They are particularly interested in areas of land of 0.25 hectares and any sites below this size will be sent to the relevant Council for review. This is an excellent opportunity to submit sites to be considered for residential development and is open until 30 June 2016.
