Smart Planning has achieved planning permission and successfully discharged conditions for a new driving range facility at the Stock Brook Country Club near Billericay in Essex.
The discharge of conditions, signed off by Basildon Borough Council, were in relation to tree protection measures, design and finishes to the 10-bay driving range structure (pictured), new security and ball catch fencing as well as surface details for a new internal access road.
Today’s news means that the club can push ahead with implementing their planning permission, which will add to the existing facilities on offer at the site.
This is yet another successful project we have undertaken at the club in recent years, in addition to applications for kitchen extensions and a new air dome.
