Russell’s keen academic mind, attention to detail and problem solving ability have been at the heart of Smart Planning from the outset and he continues to attract a wide and discerning client base. Kieron was one of the first to be identified through the high calibre intern programme, joining Smart Planning as a Planning Consultant in 2009. He has enjoyed accelerated progress through the Company leading the Director’s Team until September 2015 before pioneering Smart Planning’s London Office. He is now an Associate Director and Consultant Team Leader at our Head Office. He says “I have enjoyed establishing Smart Planning’s London Office and continually look forward to new projects working with both existing and new clients to realise their development aspirations”.

Jennifer’s focus and broad analytical skills have created a Planning Support Team that has exemplary technical capabilities and information processing capacity. Jennifer has developed and continues to refine Standard Operational Procedures that are market leading. Jennifer says “I really love my job because no two days are the same. The Planning Support Team are involved in every aspect of the business, assisting with anything from initial client contact to the compilation of planning applications and responding to potentially complex enquiries. I have the privilege of seeing the difference that good planning makes, which gives me a real sense of satisfaction”.
