Smart Planning has received planning permission and listed building consent for a well established golf and country club in Chelmsford, Essex.
The proposal concerned internal alterations to existing buildings, and an extension to incorporate relocated changing facilities for golfers as well as new overnight bedrooms for visitors such as wedding guests.
Listed building consent was also sought as part of the project due to the close proximity of a Grade II listed hall. This is yet another successful Smart Planning project within the golf, country club and wedding venue sector.
