Representatives from Smart Planning had an enjoyable evening last night at the Wokingham Community Forum, discussing our plans for a new housing development with the local residents.
The project in question has a number of constraints, including a Grade II* listed building, an active sewage works and a Local Authority proposal for a new distributor road along the northern boundary of the development.
Around 150 people attended the event organised by Wokingham Borough Council, despite the poor weather on the night.
It was great to engage with the public and listen to their feedback on the plans as part of the consultation process. All comments made will be taken into consideration.
